Also I need to know if you have a chair yet and which chair, as I found a good guide which explains what your chair is doing (what tip is and why it happens, like why your chair tips forward when you go down a ramp) and how to make it optimal for YOUR use. Getting your chair correctly positioned and tuned can be as much as 60% of the issue (for instance if the chair wanders if the sidewalk is leaning, that is fixable, so when you push – you go forward instead of sideways).
